ISRO (Indian Space Research Organisation)launched the beta version of its web-based 3-D satellite imagery tool, Bhuvan, on August 12, 2009. All in all, this internship was a tremendous learning experience. This was an area that I was somewhat familiar, yet I still learned a tremendous amount and enjoyed the work I was doing at the same time. My process was in extraction of employees contact details and formatting though the excel sheets where it would be easier for other department to process for their further work. Working in iCMG gave me immense knowledge about how we can make use of tools and software’s to improve our business and to provide the customers with quickest and effective full solutions to their business problems. The process in which I was posted used to have very immense work schedule and no delays and error free inputs. For doing this research analysis and extracting the contacts of the CXO was a very learning point as it involved numerous stages and strategies over the use of internet. Based on this report they would analyse whether the seminar would bring them good business. Firstly, they will prepare the market research on the country where they need to conduct their seminar based on the country’s I.T market and emerging growth. For marketing this service they have a structured I.T rules to follow. The company’s work is based on the webinar’s and seminar on Information technology Architecture, which conducts through out the world where the employees help in marketing this webinar through emails and online advertising. Moreover, the work environment was simple for most of the employees working in the organization. The very first day of the start of my internships I was simply confused on whether I would be able to work under their challenges and targets. This summer internships was carried out during august and September as it was only for 2 months. This internship report was assigned to me so as to know the internal working of the organization, on what basis do they conduct their business, how the organization manages its employees with the working environment of the organization. Ltd, Bangalore for 2months of my internships as a part of my course. During my PGPM curriculum I was given an opportunity to work at iCMG Pvt.
